Gary Nielsen is the company’s Chairman. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), he is also the President of National Health Benefits Corporation. His expertise in the financial field allows him to contribute to the successful management of GFT’s finances.

Keith Meeks is the President and Chief Executive Officer of GFT—a position he has held since the company’s launch in 2001. Through his leadership, the company has organized a management team, board of directors, and board of advisors. Additionally, Global Food Technologies has expanded its global presence under Mr. Meeks’ direction. As is evident by these accomplishments, Mr. Meeks heads up the leadership of the company.

Marshall Sparks is the organization’s Chief Financial Officer. Also a CPA, Mr. Sparks holds a Master’s in Business Administration from theUniversityofCalifornia,Berkeley. Through his efforts, Mr. Sparks leads the financial initiatives of the business, including the treasury, accounting, budget, and payment of taxes.

Shigeaki Tetsuka is the Vice President of Operations inAsia. In this role, he manages the operational efforts of GFT throughoutJapanandChina. Highly educated, Mr. Tetsuka has earned degrees from numerous colleges throughoutCanada, theUnited States,Taiwan, andJapan. Additionally, he has extensive international and legal experience. As a former lawyer, he brings invaluable insight to the GFT team.

Stan Bien is the Director of Operations inAsia. In this position, he manages the Ho Chi Minh City GFT office inVietnam. In addition to supervising the operations of the office, Mr. Bien spearheads sales and marketing efforts.  With over 25 years of experience in business, as well as a vast amount of international experience, Mr. Bien is the perfect candidate for such a position.

Global Food Technologies Believes in Strong Leadership

Cesar Montano is the Director of Engineering. A mechanical engineer and experienced manager, Mr. Montano has accumulated over two decades of experience in both large and small companies. Furthermore, he has worked in a diverse list of industries, including defense, aerospace, medical device, and sensor. Over the course of his career, Mr. Montano has contributed to the invention of many mechanical and electro-mechanical parts and processes that are now patent protected. He has also co-authored an article, titled “Analysis and Test of Ceramic Substrates for Packaging of Leadless Chip Carriers.”

Aaron Ormond is the VP Food Safety & Quality. With a strong educational foundation anchored in biology and microbiology, Mr. Ormond provides a great deal of insight through his position. He has also accrued a great deal of international experience within his field.

Robert Clark is the Director of Marketing. With a degree in administrative science from The Ohio State University, he studied marketing in college and is now using his talents to expand the reach of GFT.

David Leibowitz is the Director of Sales. Fluent in Japanese and with over 15 years of international experience, Mr. Leibowitz has worked with commercial organizations and governmental agencies.

Jason Simas is the Director of Communications who possesses a background in communications, new media, information technology, public relations, and marketing. A graduate of theUniversityofCaliforniaat Berkeley, as well, he has taken on the mission of endearing millions to iPura.
